Hear guest poets, Alasdair Paterson and Jessica Mookherjee, read from their most recent books at the Trowbridge Poetry Stanza meant on Saturday 7 March from 2-4pm.  Bring a poem or two of your own to share at the open-mic or simply come along to listen.  Everyone welcome. Tickets are £5 per person (or what you can afford) payable on the door.

Trowbridge Stanza is a monthly poetry group, a Poetry Society Stanza, which meets every first Saturday (first Saturday of each month, 2-4pm) at Drawing Projects UK, Bridge House, Trowbridge.  Poetry Society Stanzas are poetry groups run voluntarily by members of The Poetry Society to which. everyone is welcome to join in.  Trowbridge Stanza is a friendly, inclusive group, organised by Josephine Corcoran, and is a mixed group of published and unpublished poets.  The stanza group reads and talks about contemporary poetry, reads and comments on each other’s work in progress, organises open-mic events and guest readers, and performs their work at different venues.
